Section 77 The Army Act, 1950 in Hindi and English 



Section 77 The Army Act, 1950  :Result of certain punishments in the case of a warrant officer or non- commissioned officer. A warrant officer or a non commissioned officer sentenced by a court- martial to transportation,

imprisonment, 2[ or dismissal from the service, shall be deemed to be reduced to ranks.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 77 का विवरण :  -   वारण्ट आफिसर या अनायुक्त आफिसर की दशा में कतिपय दण्डों का परिणाम - ऐसा वारण्ट आफिसर या अनायुक्त आफिसर जिसे सेना-न्यायालय द्वारा निर्वासन, कारावास, या सेवा से पदच्युति का दण्डादेश दिया गया है, सामान्य सैनिकों में अवनत कर दिया गया समझा जाएगा।
