Section 181 The Army Act, 1950 in Hindi and English 



Section 181 The Army Act, 1950  :Reduction of warrant officer or non- commissioned officer. When under the' provisions of section 77 a warrant officer or a non- commissioned officer is deemed to be reduced to the ranks, such reduction shall, for the purpose of section 179, be treated as a punishment awarded by a sentence of a court- martial.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 181 का विवरण :  - वारण्ट आफिसर या अनायुक्त आफिसर की अवनति — जब कि धारा 77 के उपबन्धों के अधीन कोई वारण्ट आफिसर या अनायुक्त आफिसर सामान्य सैनिकों में अवनत किया गया समझा जाए, तब ऐसी अवनति धारा 179 के प्रयोजन के लिए सेना-न्यायालय के दण्डादेश द्वारा अधिनिर्णीत दण्ड मानी जाएगी।
