Section 166 The Army Act, 1950  :Form of sentence of death. In awarding a sentence of death a court- martial shall, in its discretion, direct that the offender shall suffer death by being hanged by the neck until he be dead, or shall suffer death by being shot to death

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 166 का विवरण :  - त्यु दण्डादेश का रूप - सेना-न्यायालय मृत्यु का दण्डादेश अधिनिर्णीत करने में स्वविवेकानुसार निदेश देगा कि अपराधी की मृत्यु ऐसे घटित की जाए कि जब तक वह मर न जाए, तब तक उसे गर्दन में फांसी लगाकर लटकाए रखा जाए या उसे गोली से मार दिया जाए।
