Section 133 The Army Act, 1950  :General rule as to evidence. The Indian Evidence Act, 1872 , (1 of 1872 .) shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, apply to all proceedings before a court- martial.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 133 का विवरण :  - साक्ष्य के बारे में साधारण नियम - भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम, 1872 (1872 का 1) इस अधिनियम के उपबंधों के अध्यधीन रहते हुए, सेना-न्यायालय के समक्ष की सब कार्यवाहियों को लागू होगा।
