98th Amendment in Indian Constitution :- The Constitution (Ninety-eighth amendment) Act, 2013 Article 371J was inserted in the Constitution to empower the Governor of Karnataka to take steps to develop the Hyderabad-Karnataka Region (i.e. including six backward districts of North Karnataka, viz., Bellary, Bidar, Gulbarga, Koppal, Raichur and Yadgir).
