Section 152 The Army Act, 1950  : Powers of court- martial in relation to proceedings under this Act. Any trial by a court- martial under the provisions of this Act shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860 ), and the court- martial shall be deemed to be a Court within the meaning of 3 Sections 345 and 346 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ] (2 of 1974 )

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 152 का विवरण :  - इस अधिनियम के अधीन की कार्यवाहियों के सम्बन्ध में सेना-न्यायालय की शक्तियां - इस अधिनियम के उपबन्धों के अधीन किया गया सेना-न्यायालय द्वारा विचारण भारतीय दण्ड संहिता (1860 का 45) की धाराओं 193 और 228 के अर्थ में न्यायिक कार्यवाही समझी जाएगी और सेना-न्यायालय दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धाराओं 345 और 346 के अर्थ में न्यायालय समझा जाएगा।
