Section 129 The Army Act, 1950 in Hindi and English 



Section 129 The Army Act, 1950  :Judge advocate. Every general court- martial shall, and every district or summary general courtmartial may, be attended by a judge advocate, who shall be either an officer belonging to the department of the Judge Advocate General, or if no such officer is available, an officer approved of by the Judge Advocate General or any of his deputies.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 129 का विवरण :  - जज-एडवोकेट - एक जज-एडवोकेट, जो या तो जज-एडवोकेट जनरल के विभाग का कोई आफिसर होगा या यदि ऐसा कोई आफिसर उपलब्ध न हो तो जज-एडवोकेट जनरल द्वारा या उसके उपपदीयों में से किसी के द्वारा अनुमोदित कोई आफिसर होगा, हर एक जनरल सेना-न्यायालय में हाजिर रहेगा तथा हर एक डिस्ट्रिक्ट या सम्मरी जनरल सेना-न्यायालय में हाज़िर रह सकेगा।
