Section 108 The Army Act, 1950 in Hindi and English 

Section 108 The Army Act, 1950  :Kinds of courts- martial. For the purposes of this Act there shall be four kinds of courts- martial, that is to say,-

(a) general courts- martial;

(b) district courts- martial;

(c) summary general courts- martial; and

(d) summary courts- martial.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 108 का विवरण :  - सेना न्यायालयों के प्रकार - इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए सेना - न्यायालय चार प्रकार के होंगे, अर्थात् :

(क) जनरल सेना-न्यायालय ;

(ख) डिस्ट्रिक्ट सेना - न्यायालय ;

(ग) सम्मरी जनरल सेना - न्यायालय ; तथा

(घ) सम्मरी सेना - न्यायालय।
