सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 184 का विवरण :  -  निलम्बन पर निर्मुक्ति – जहां कि कोई दण्डादेश धारा 182 के अधीन निलम्बित किया जाता है, वहां अपराधी को अभिरक्षा से तत्काल निर्मुक्त कर दिया जाएगा।
