Section 186 The Army Act, 1950  :Order after suspension. The authority or officer specified in section 182 may, at any time while a sentence is suspended, order-

(a) that the offender be committed to undergo the unexpired portion of the sentence, or

(b) that the sentence be remitted.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 186 का विवरण :  - निलम्बन के पश्चात् आदेश - धारा 182 में विनिर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी या आफिसर किसी भी समय, जिस दौरान दण्डादेश निलम्बित है, आदेश दे सकेगा कि -

(क) अपराधी उस दण्डादेश के अनवसित प्रभाग को भोगने के लिए सुपुर्द किया जाए, अथवा

(ख) दण्डादेश का परिहार किया जाए।
