Section 74 The Army Act, 1950  :Cashiering of officers. An officer shall be sentenced to be cashiered before he is awarded any of the punishments specified in clauses (a) to (c) of section 71. 1

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 74 का विवरण :  - आफिसरों का सकलंक पदच्युत किया जाना - किसी आफिसर को धारा 71 के खण्ड (क) से (ग) तक में विनिर्दिष्ट दण्डों में से कोई दण्ड अधिनिर्णीत किए जाने के पहले सकलंक पदच्युत किए जाने का दण्डादेश दिया जाएगा।
