Section 71 Contract Act 1872 :Responsibility of finder of goods - A person who finds goods belonging to another, and takes them into his custody, is subject to the same responsibility as a bailee.

भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 71 का विवरण :  -  माल पड़ा पाने वाले का उत्तरदायित्व -- वह व्यक्ति, जो किसी अन्य का माल पड़ा पाता है और उसे अपनी अभिरक्षा में लेता है, उसी उत्तरदायित्व के अध्यधीन है जिसके अध्यधीन उपनिहिती होता है।
