Section 7 The Arms Act, 1959 in Hindi and English
Section 7 The Arms Act, 1959:No person shall―
(a) acquire, have in his possession or carry; or
(b) use, manufacture] sell, transfer, convert, repair, test or prove; or
(c) expose or offer for sale or transfer or have in his possession for sale, transfer, conversion, repair, test or proof;
any prohibited arms or prohibited ammunition unless he has been specially authorised by the Central Government in this behalf.

आयुध अधिनियम, 1959 की धारा 7 का विवरण : - कोई भी व्यक्ति कोई भी प्रतिषिद्ध आयुध या प्रतिषिद्ध गोलाबारूद को तब तक न तो -
(क) अर्जित करेगा, कब्जे में रखेगा या धारण करेगा ; और
(ख) उपयोग में लाएगा, विनिर्मित, विक्रीत, अन्तरित, संपरिवर्तित करेगा न उसकी मरम्मत, परख या परिसिद्धि करेगा ; और
(ग) विक्रय या अन्तरण के लिए अभिदर्शित या प्रस्थापित करेगा और न विक्रय, अन्तरण, संपरिवर्तन, मरम्मत, परख या परिसिद्धि के लिए अपने कब्जे में रखेगा,
तब तक के सिवाय जब तक कि वह केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस निमित्त विशेषत: प्राधिकृत न किया गया हो ।
