Section 63 The Army Act, 1950 :Violation of good order and discipline. Any person subject to this Act who is guilty of any act or
omission which, though not specified in this Act, is prejudicial to good order and military discipline
shall, on conviction by court- martial, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to
seven years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 63 का विवरण : - अच्छी व्यवस्था और अनुशासन का अतिक्रमण - इस अधिनियम के अध्यधीन का कोई व्यक्ति, जो किसी ऐसे कार्य या लोप का दोषी है जो, यद्यपि इस अधिनियम में विनिर्दिष्ट नहीं है तथापि अच्छी व्यवस्था और सैनिक अनुशासन पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालने वाला है, सेना-न्यायालय द्वारा दोषसिद्धि पर कारावास, जिसकी अवधि सात वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी या ऐसा लघुतर दंड, जो इस अधिनियम में वर्णित है, भोगने के दायित्व के अधीन होगा।
