 Section 34 The Arms Act, 1959 in Hindi and English 



Section 34 The Arms Act, 1959:Notwithstanding anything contained in the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), no arms or ammunition shall be deposited in any warehouse licensed under section 58 of that Act without the sanction of the Central Government.

आयुध अधिनियम, 1959 की धारा 34 का विवरण :  - सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) में अन्तर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुए भी उस अधिनियम की धारा 58 के अधीन अनुज्ञप्त भाण्डागार में कोई भी आयुध या गोलाबारूद केन्द्रीय सरकार की मंजूरी के बिना निक्षिप्त नहीं किया जाएगा ।
