Section 31 The Arms Act, 1959:Whoever having been convicted of an offence under this Act is again convicted of an offence under this Act shall be punishable with double the penalty provided for the latter offence.

आयुध अधिनियम, 1959 की धारा 31 का विवरण :  - जो कोई इस अधिनियम के अधीन किसी अपराध का दोषसिद्ध किए जाने पर इस अधिनियम के अधीन किसी अपराध का पुन: दोषसिद्ध किया जाएगा वह पश्चात्‌ कथित अपराध के लिए उपबन्धित शास्ति की दुगुनी शास्ति से दण्डनीय होगा ।
