Section 30 The Arms Act, 1959 in Hindi and English 



Section 30 The Arms Act, 1959:Whoever contravenes any condition of a licence or any provision of this Act or any rule made thereunder, for which no punishment is provided elsewhere in this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both.

आयुध अधिनियम, 1959 की धारा 30 का विवरण :  - जो कोई अनुज्ञप्ति की किसी शर्त का या इस अधिनियम के किसी उपबंध का या तद्धीन बनाए गए किसी नियम का उल्लंघन करेगा, जिसके लिए इस अधिनियम में अन्यत्र कोई दण्ड उपबंधित नहीं हैं, वह कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि छह मास तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, जो दो हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से, दण्डनीय होगा ।
