Section 23 Right to Information Act 2005 in Hindi and English 


Section 23 RTI Act 2005 : Bar of jurisdiction of courts - court shall entertain any suit, application or other proceeding in respect of any order made under this Act and no such order shall be called in question otherwise than by way of an appeal under this Act.

(आरटीआई अधिनियम) सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 23 का विवरण :  -   न्यायालयों की अधिकारिता का वर्जन - कोई न्यायालय, इस अधिनियम के अधीन किए गए किसी आदेश के सम्बंध में कोई वाद, आवेदन या अन्य कार्यवाही ग्रहण नहीं करेगा और ऐसे किसी आदेश को, इस अधिनियम के अधीन किसी अपील के रूप के सिवाय किसी रूप में प्रश्नगत नहीं किया जाएगा।
