Section 207 Contract Act 1872 :Revocation and renunciation may be expressed or implied - Revocation or renunciation may be expressed or may be implied in the conduct of that principal or agent respectively.

Illustration

A empowers B to let A's house. Afterwards A lets it himself. This is an implied revocation of B's authority

भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 207 का विवरण :  -  प्रतिसंहरण और त्यजन अभिब्यक्त या विवक्षित हो सकेगा -- प्रतिसंहरण और त्यजन अभिव्यक्त हो सकेगा अथवा मालिक या अभिकर्ता के अपने-अपने आचरण द्वारा विवक्षित हो सकेगा।

 दृष्टान्त

 ‘क’ अपना गृह भाड़े पर देने के लिए 'ख' को सशक्त करता है। तत्पश्चात् ‘क स्वयं उसे भाड़े पर दे देता है। यह 'ख' के प्राधिकार का विवक्षित प्रतिसंहरण है
