भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 190 का विवरण : - अभिकर्ता कब प्रत्यायोजन नहीं कर सकता -- कोई अभिकर्ता उन कार्यों के पालन के लिए, जिनका स्वयं अपने द्वारा पालन किए जाने का भार उसने अभिव्यक्त या विवक्षित रूप से लिया हो किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का विधिपूर्वक नियोजन तब के सिवाय नहीं कर सकेगा जबकि उपाभिकर्ता का नियोजन व्यापार की मामूली रूढ़ि के अनुसार किया जा सकता। हो या अभिकरण की प्रकृति के अनुसार करना आवश्यक हो।
