Section 184 Contract Act 1872 :Who may be an agent - As between the principal and third person any person may become an agent, but no person who is not of the age of majority and of sound mind can become an agent, so as to be responsible to his principal according to the provisions in that behalf herein contained.

भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 184 का विवरण :  -  अभिकर्ता कौन हो सकेगा -- जहाँ तक कि मालिक और पर-व्यक्तियों के बीच का सम्बन्ध है कोई भी व्यक्ति अभिकर्ता हो सकेगा, किन्तु कोई भी व्यक्ति, जो प्राप्तवय और स्वस्थचित्त न हो, अभिकर्ता ऐसे न हो सकेगा कि वह अपने मालिक के प्रति तन्निमित एतस्मिन् उपबन्धों के अनुसार उत्तरदायी हो।
