भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 152 का विवरण : - अपमानित या क्षुब्ध करने के लिए आशयित प्रश्न -- न्यायालय ऐसे प्रश्न का निषेध करेगा, जो उसे ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि वह अपमानित या क्षुब्ध करने के लिए आशयित है, या जो यद्यपि स्वयं में उचित है, तथापि रूप में न्यायालय को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि वह अनावश्यक तौर पर संतापकारी है।
