Section 152 Contract Act 1872 :Bailee when not liable for loss, etc., of thing bailed – The bailee, in the absence of any special contract, is not responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the thing bailed, if he has taken the amount of care of it described in section 131.

भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 152 का विवरण :  -  उपनिहित चीज की हानि आदि के लिए उपनिहिती कब दायी नहीं है -- उपनिहिती विशेष संविदा के अभाव में उपनिहित चीज की हानि, नाश या क्षय के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है, यदि उसने धारा 151 में वर्णित परिमाण में उसकी देख-रेख की हो।
