Section 151 Contract Act 1872 :Care to be taken by bailee — In all cases of bailment the bailee is bound to take as much care of the goods bailed to him as a man of ordinary prudence would, under similar circumstances, take of his own goods of the same bulk, quantity and value as the goods bailed.

भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 151 का विवरण : - उपनिहिती द्वारा बरती जाने वाली सतर्कता -- उपनिधान की सभी दशाओं में उपनिहिती आबद्ध है कि वह अपने को उपनिहित माल के प्रति वैसी ही सतर्कता बरते जैसे मामूली प्रज्ञा वाला मनुष्य वैसी ही परिस्थितियों में अपने ऐसे माल के प्रति बरतता जो उसी परिमाण, क्वालिटी और मूल्य का हो जैसा उपनिहित माल है।
