Section 15 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in Hindi and English 



Section 1 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :When the maker or holder of a negotiable instrument signs the same, otherwise than as such maker, for the purpose of negotiation, on the back or face thereof or on a slip of paper annexed thereto, or so signs for the same purpose a stamped paper intended to be completed as a negotiable instrument, he is said to indorse the same, and is called the “indorser“.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 1 का विवरण :  -  जब कि परक्राम्य लिखत का रचयिता या धारक ऐसे रचयिता के रूप में हस्ताक्षर करने से अन्यथा, परक्रामण के प्रयोजन के लिए उसके पृष्ठ पर या मुख-भाग पर या उससे उपाबद्ध कागज की परची पर हस्ताक्षर करता है या परक्राम्य लिखत के रूप में पूर्ति किए जाने के लिए आशयित स्टाम्प-पत्र पर उसी प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसे हस्ताक्षर करता है तब यह कहा जाता है कि वह उसे पृष्ठांकित करता है और वह पृष्ठांकक कहलाता है ।
