Section 149 Contract Act 1872 :Delivery to bailee how made — The delivery to the bailee may be made by doing anything which has the effect of putting the goods in the possession of the intended bailee or of any person authorised to hold them on his behalf.

भारतीय संविदा अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 149 का विवरण :  -  उपनिहिती को परिदान किस प्रकार किया जाए -- उपनिहिती को परिदान ऐसा कुछ करने द्वारा किया जा सकेगा जिसका प्रभाव उस माल को आशयित उपनिहिती के या उसकी ओर से उसे धारण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किसी व्यक्ति के कब्जे में रखा देना हो।
