Section 130 Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 :A person taking a cheque crossed generally or specially, bearing in either case the words "not negotiable", shall not have. and shall not be capable of giving, a better title to the cheque than that which the person from whom he took it had.

परक्राम्य लिखत अधिनियम, 1881 की धारा 130 का विवरण :  - साधारणतः या विशेषतः क्रॉस किए हुए ऐसे चैक को, जिस पर “परक्राम्य नहीं हैं' शब्द लिखे हैं, लेने वाला व्यक्ति उस चैक पर उससे बेहतर हक न रखेगा और न देने के लिए समर्थ होगा जैसा उस व्यक्ति का था, जिससे उसने उसे लिया है।
