Section 11 The Arms Act, 1959:The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, prohibit the bringing into, or the taking out of, India, arms or ammunition of such classes and descriptions as may be specified in the notification.

आयुध अधिनियम, 1959 की धारा 11 का विवरण :  -  केन्द्रीय सरकार, शासकीय राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा ऐसे वर्गों और वर्णनों के आयुधों या गोलाबारूद को, जैसे अधिसूचना में विनिर्दिष्ट किए जाएं, भारत के अन्दर लाने या भारत के बाहर ले जाने का प्रतिषेध कर सकेगी ।
