Section 10 The Army Act, 1950  :The President may grant, to such person as he thinks fit, a commission as, an officer, or as a junior commissioned officer or appoint any person, as a warrant officer of the regular Army.

सेना अधिनियम, 1950 की धारा 10 का विवरण :  - राष्ट्रपति ऐसे व्यक्ति को, जिसे वह ठीक समझे, नियमित सेना के आफिसर के रूप में या कनिष्ठ आयुक्त आफिसर के रूप में आयोग अनुदत्त कर सकेगा या किसी व्यक्ति को नियमित सेना के वारण्ट आफिसर के रूप में नियुक्त कर सकेगा।
