 Section 19 Weapons of Mass Destruction and their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act, 2005: 


Punishment for offences with respect to which no provision has been made.—Whoever contravenes any other provision of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder for which no specific punishment is provided, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.
