Section 44 The Trade Marks Act, 1999: 


Assignability and transmissibility of associated trade marks.—Associated trade marks shall be assignable and transmissible only as a whole and not separately, but, subject to the provisions of this Act, they shall, for all other purposes, be deemed to have been registered as separate trade marks.

व्यापार चिह्न अधिनियम, 1999 की धारा 44 का विवरण : 

सहयुक्त व्यापार चिह्नों की समनुदेशनीयता और पारेषणीयता-सहयुक्त व्यापार चिह्न समग्र रूप से ही समनुदेशनीय और पारेषणीय होंगे पृथक्तः नहीं, किंतु इस अधिनियम के उपबंधों के अधीन वे, सभी अन्य प्रयोजनों के लिए, पृथक् व्यापार चिह्न के रूप में रजिस्ट्रीकृत समझे जाएंगे ।
