Section 43 The Trade Marks Act, 1999:
Assignability and transmissibility of certification trade marks.—A certification trade mark shall not be assignable or transmissible otherwise than with the consent of the Registrar, for which application shall be made in writing in the prescribed manner.

प्रमाणीकरण व्यापार चिह्नों की समनुदेशनीयता और पारेषणीयता-प्रमाणीकरण व्यापार चिह्न रजिस्ट्रार की सहमति से ही समनुदेशनीय या पारेषणीय होगा अन्यथा नहीं और इसके लिए आवेदन लिखित रूप में विहित रीति में किया जाएगा ।
