 Section 53 The Trade Marks Act, 1999: 


No right of permitted user to take proceeding against infringement.—A person referred to in sub-clause (ii) of clause (r) of sub-section

(1) of section 2 shall have no right to institute any proceeding for any infringement.

अनुज्ञात उपयोक्ता को अतिलंघन के विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करने का अधिकार न होना-धारा 2 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (द) के उपखंड (ii) में निर्दिष्ट किसी व्यक्ति को किसी अतिलंघन के लिए कोई कार्यवाही संस्थित करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा ।
