 Section 61 The Trade Marks Act, 1999: 

Special provisions for collective marks.—

(1) The provisions of this Act shall apply to collective marks subject to the provisions contained in this Chapter.

(2) In relation to a collective mark the reference in clause (zb) of sub-section (1) of section 2 to distinguishing the goods or services of one person from those of others shall be construed as a reference to distinguishing the goods or services of members of an association of persons which is the proprietor of the mark from those of others.

व्यापार चिह्न अधिनियम, 1999 की धारा 61 का विवरण : 

सामूहिक चिह्न के लिए विशेष उपबंध-(1) इस अधिनियम के उपबंध इस अध्याय में अन्तर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए सामूहिक चिह्न को लागू होंगे ।

(2) सामूहिक चिह्न के संबंध में एक व्यक्ति के माल या सेवाओं के दूसरे व्यक्ति के माल या सेवाओं से विभेद के लिए धारा 2 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (यख) में निर्देश का यह अर्थ लगाया जाएगा कि वे व्यक्तियों के एक संगम के सदस्यों के माल या सेवाओं के दूसरे व्यक्तियों के संगम के सदस्यों के माल या सेवाओं से विभेद के प्रतिनिर्देश हैं ।
