Section 39 The Trade Marks Act, 1999: 


Assignability and transmissibility of unregistered trade marks.—An unregistered trade mark may be assigned or transmitted with or without the goodwill of the business concerned.

 अरजिस्ट्रीकृत व्यापार चिह्न की समनुदेशनीयता और पारेषणीयता-किसी अरजिस्ट्रीकृत व्यापार चिह्न को सम्पृक्त कारबार की गुडविल सहित या उसके बिना समनुदेशित या पारेषित किया जा सकेगा ।
