Section 7C The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947: 


Disqualifications for the presiding officers of Labour Courts, Tribunals and National Tribunals.- No person shall be appointed to, or continue in, the office of the presiding officer of a Labour Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal, if--

(a) he is not an independent person; or

(b) he has attained the age of sixty- five years.

औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 7ग का विवरण - 

श्रम न्यायालयों, अधिकरणों और राष्ट्रीय अधिकरणों के पीठासीन अधिकारियों के लिए निरर्हताएं-कोई भी व्यक्ति श्रम न्यायालय, अधिकरण या राष्ट्रीय अधिकरण में पीठासीन अधिकारी के पद पर नियुक्त नहीं किया जाएगा, और न बना रहेगा, यदि-

(क) वह स्वतन्त्र व्यक्ति नहीं है, अथवा

(ख) उसने पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु प्राप्त कर ली है ।]
