Section 41 The Factories Act, 1948 : 

Power to make rules to supplement this Chapter.—The State Government may make rules requiring the provision in any factory or in any class or description of factories of such further 1[devices and measures] for securing the safety of persons employed therein as it may deem necessary.

कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा 41 का विवरण - 

इस अध्याय की अनुपूर्ति के लिए नियम बनाने की शक्ति-राज्य सरकार, कारखाने में या किसी वर्ग या प्रकार के कारखानों में से व्यक्तियों की जो वहां नियोजित हों सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ऐसी अतिरिक्त  [युक्तियों और अध्युपायों] की व्यवस्था, जैसी वह आवश्यक समझे, अपेक्षित करने वाले नियम बना सकेगी ।
