Section 37 The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947: 

Protection of action taken under the Act.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.

औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 37 का विवरण - 

इस अधिनियम के अधीन की गई कार्रवाई के लिए परित्राण-कोई भी वाद, अभियोजन या अन्य विधिक कार्यवाही इस अधिनियम या तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों के अनुसरण में सद्भावपूर्वक की गई या किए जाने के लिए आशयित किसी बात के लिए किसी व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध न होगी ।
