Section 27 The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947: 

Penalty for instigation, etc. Any person who instigates or incites others to take part in, or otherwise acts in furtherance of, a strike or lock- out which is illegal under this Act, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.

औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 27 का विवरण - 


उकसाने आदि के लिए शास्ति-जो व्यक्ति, ऐसी हड़ताल या तालाबन्दी में, जो इस अधिनियम के अधीन अवैध है, भाग लेने के लिए दूसरों को उकसाएगा या उद्दीप्त करेगा, या उसे अग्रसर करने में अन्यथा कोई कार्य करेगा, वह कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि छह मास तक की हो सकेगी, या जुर्माने से, जो एक हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से, दण्डनीय होगा ।
