Section 25T The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947: 

Prohibition of unfair labour practice.- No employer or workman or a trade union, whether registered under the Trader Unions Act, 1926 (16 of 1926 ), or not, shall commit any unfair labour practice.

औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 25 द का विवरण - 

बन्द करने पर शास्ति-(1) जो नियोजक किसी उपक्रम को उपधारा 25ण की उपधारा (1) के अनुबन्धों का अनुपालन किए बिना बन्द करेगा, वह कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि छह मास तक की हो सकेगी या जुर्माने से, जो पांच हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से, दंडनीय होगा ।

(2) जो नियोजक  2[धारा 25ण की उपधारा (2) के अधीन किसी उपक्रम को बन्द करने की अनुज्ञा देने से इंकार करने वाले किसी आदेश या धारा 25त के अधीन दिए गए किसी निदेशट का उल्लंघन करेगा वह  कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि  एक वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी या जुर्माने से, जो पांच हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से, और जहां उल्लंघन जारी रहता है वहां अतिरिक्त जुर्माने से, जो दोषसिद्धि के पश्चात् से ऐसे प्रत्येक दिन के लिए, जिसके दौरान उल्लंघन जारी रहता है, दो हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, दंडनीय होगा ।
