Section 25S The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947: 


Certain provisions of Chapter VA to apply to an industrial establishment to which this Chapter applies.- The provisions of sections 25B, 25D, 25FF, 25G, 25H, and 25J in Chapter VA shall, so far as may be, apply also in relation to an industrial establishment to which the provisions of this Chapter

औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 25 थ. का विवरण - 

पूर्व अनुज्ञा के बिना कामबन्दी या छंटनी के लिए शास्ति-जो नियोजक, धारा 25ड के या 1॥। धारा 25ढ के उपबंधों का उल्लंघन करेगा, वह कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि एक मास तक की हो सकेगी या जुर्माने से, जो एक हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, या दोनों से, दण्डनीय होगा ।
