Section 25 The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947: 

Prohibition of financial aid to illegal strikes and lock- outs.- No person shall knowingly expend or apply any money in direct furtherance of support of any illegal strike or lock- out.

अवैध हड़तालों और तालाबन्दियों के लिए वित्तीय सहायता का प्रतिषेध-कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी अवैध हड़ताल या तालाबन्दी को प्रत्यक्षतः अग्रसर करने या उसका समर्थन करने में किसी धन या व्यय या उपयोजन जानते हुए नहीं करेगा ।
