 Section 17 The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947: 


Publication of reports and awards.-

(1) Every report of a Board or Court together with any minute of dissent recorded therewith, every arbitration award and every award of a Labour Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal shall, within a period of thirty days from the date of its receipt by the appropriate Government, be published in such manner as the appropriate Government thinks fit.

(2) Subject to the provisions of section 17A, the award published under sub- section (1) shall be final and shall not be called in question by any Court in any manner whatsoever.

औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 17 का विवरण - 

रिपोर्टों और अधिनिर्णयों का प्रकाशन-(1) बोर्ड या न्यायालय की हर रिपोर्ट, उसके साथ अभिलिखित किसी विसम्मति के टिप्पण सहित, हर माध्यस्थम् पंचाट और श्रम न्यायालय, अधिकरण या राष्ट्रीय अधिकरण का हर अधिनिर्णय, समुचित सरकार द्वारा उसकी प्राप्ति की तारीख से तीस दिन की कालावधि के भीतर, ऐसी रीति से, जैसी समुचित सरकार ठीक समझे, प्रकाशित किया जाएगा ।

(2) धारा 17क के उपबन्धों के अध्यधीन रहते हुए यह है कि उपधारा (1) के अधीन प्रकाशित पंचाट या अधिनिर्णय अन्तिम होगा और किसी भी न्यायालय द्वारा किसी भी रीति से प्रश्नगत नहीं किया जाएगा ।
