 Section 16 The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947: 

Form of report or award.-

(1) The report of a Board or Court shall be in writing and shall be signed by all the members of the Board or Court, as the case may be: Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent any member of the Board or Court from recording any minute of dissent from a report or from any recommendation made therein.

(2) The award of a Labour Court or Tribunal or National Tribunal shall be in writing and shall be signed by its presiding officer.

औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 की धारा 16 का विवरण - 

रिपोर्ट या अधिनिर्णय का प्ररूप-(1) बोर्ड या न्यायालय की रिपोर्ट लिखित रूप में होगी और उस पर, यथास्थिति, बोर्ड या न्यायालय के सभी सदस्य हस्ताक्षर करेंगेः

परन्तु इस धारा की किसी भी बात से यह न समझा जाएगा कि वह बोर्ड या न्यायालय के किसी सदस्य को रिपोर्ट से, या उसमें की गई किसी सिफारिश से विसम्मति का टिप्पण अभिलिखित करने से निवारित करती है ।

(2) श्रम न्यायालय या अधिकरण या राष्ट्रीय अधिकरण का अधिनिर्णय लिखित रूप में होगा, और उस पर उसका पीठासीन अधिकारी हस्ताक्षर करेगा ।
