Section 97 Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English



Section 97 of MV Act 1988 :-  Definition -- In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, "road transport service” means a service of motor vehicles carrying passengers or goods or both by road for hire or reward.

97. परिभाषा -- इस अध्याय में, जब तक कि संदर्भ से अन्यथा अपेक्षित न हो, “सड़क परिवहन सेवा'' से भाड़े या पारिश्रमिक पर सड़क से यात्री या माल अथवा दोनों का वहन करने वाले मोटर यानों द्वारा सेवा अभिप्रेत है ।
