Section 70 Evidence Act 1872 :Admission of execution by party to attested document -- The admission of a party to an attested document of its execution by himself shall be sufficient proof of its execution as against him, though it be a document required by law to be attested.

भारतीय साक्ष्य अधिनियम, 1872 की धारा 70 का विवरण :  -  अनुप्रमाणित दस्तावेज के पक्षकार द्वारा निष्पादन की स्वीकृति -- अनुप्रमाणित दस्तावेज के किसी पक्षकार की अपने द्वारा उसका निष्पादन करने की स्वीकृति उस दस्तावेज के निष्पादन का उसके विरुद्ध पर्याप्त सबूत होगा, यद्यपि वह ऐसी दस्तावेज हो जिसका अनुप्रमाणित होना विधि द्वारा अपेक्षित है।
