Section 89 of CrPC 1973 :- 89. Arrest on breach of bond for appearance — When any person who is bound by any bond taken under this Code to appear before a Court, does not appear, the officer presiding in such Court may issue a warrant directing that such person be arrested and produced before him.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 89 का विवरण :  -  89. हाजिरी का बंधपत्र भंग करने पर गिरफ्तारी -- जब कोई व्यक्ति, जो इस संहिता के अधीन लिए गए किसी बंधपत्र द्वारा न्यायालय के समक्ष हाजिर होने के लिए आबद्ध है, हाजिर नहीं होता है तब उस न्यायालय का पीठासीन अधिकारी यह निदेश देते हुए वारण्ट जारी कर सकता है कि वह व्यक्ति गिरफ्तार किया जाए और उसके समक्ष पेश किया जाए।
