Section 78 Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 in Hindi and English



Section 78 of MV Act 1988 :- Consideration of application for goods carriage permit -- A Regional Transport Authority shall, in considering an application for a goods carriage permit, have regard to the following matters, namely:-

(a) the nature of the goods to be carried with special reference to their dangerous or hazardous nature to human life;

(b) the nature of the chemicals or explosives to be carried with special a reference to the safety to human life.

मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 78 का विवरण :  -   माल वाहन परमिट के लिए आवेदन पर विचार किया जाना -- प्रादेशिक परिवहन प्राधिकरण, माल वाहन परमिट के लिए आवेदन पर विचार करते समय निम्नलिखित बातों को ध्यान में रखेगा, अर्थात् :-

(क) वहन किए जाने वाले माल का, विशेष रूप से मानव जीवन के लिए खतरनाक या परिसंकटमय प्रकृति का होने के संदर्भ में, स्वरूप;

(ख) वहन किए जाने वाले रसायनों या विस्फोटकों की, विशेष रूप से मानव जीवन की सुरक्षा के संदर्भ में, प्रकृति ।
