Section 75 of CrPC 1973 :- 75. Notification of substance of warrant - The police officer or other person executing a warrant of arrest shall notify the substance thereof to the person to be arrested and, if so required, shall show him the warrant.

दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 75 का विवरण :  -  75. वारण्ट के सार की सूचना -- पुलिस अधिकारी या अन्य व्यक्ति, जो गिरफ्तारी के वारण्ट का निष्पादन कर रहा है, उस व्यक्ति को जिसे गिरफ्तार करना है, उसका सार सूचित करेगा और यदि ऐसी अपेक्षा की जाती है तो वारण्ट उस व्यक्ति को दिखा देगा।
