Section 480 CrPC in Hindi and English



Section 480 of CrPC 1973 :- 480. Practising pleader not to sit as Magistrate in certain Courts -

No pleader who practises in the Court of any Magistrate shall sit as a Magistrate in that Court or in any Court within the local jurisdiction of that Court.

कोई प्लीडर, जो किसी मजिस्ट्रेट के न्यायालय में विधि-व्यवसाय करता है, उस न्यायालय में या उस न्यायालय की स्थानीय अधिकारिता के अन्दर किसी न्यायालय में मजिस्ट्रेट के तौर पर न बैठेगा।
